Securing your date
A food and beverage minimum secures the space on an exclusively private basis. Minimums vary by day of the week and time of year.
Food & Beverage Minimum
Your event's minimum is calculated based on your requested date. We'll quote you a specific figure when you reach out.
If your event falls short of the minimum, the difference is added as a room fee — so you only ever pay the committed amount, not more.
All quoted minimums are pre-tax and pre-service charge. Illinois sales tax of 11.75% and a 20% service charge apply to your final bill. The service charge covers gratuity for all floor and bar staff.
What's Included
Your minimum covers all food and beverage consumed during the event — there are no separate room rental fees when the minimum is met.
We'll work with you to build a food and drink program that matches your budget and group size, so hitting the minimum is rarely a concern.

Whether you want a formal spread or something more casual, we have options for every occasion and appetite.
Option 01Buffet Packages
Our formally composed, price-per-person buffet packages are detailed in the attached banquet menu (p. 4). Choose your selections from the following pages. Ideal for groups who want a structured, all-inclusive meal experience.
Option 02À La Carte Buffet
Prefer to mix and match? We can build a custom buffet using any items from our banquet menu. Some items have minimum quantities — tell us what interests you and we'll put together options.
Option 03Pizza & Appetizers
$25 per person — 90-minute buffet
Assorted pizzas plus your choice of two appetizers. We keep the buffet stocked for the full 90 minutes — no guesswork on quantities. Typically opens 20 minutes in so guests can settle in with a drink first.
Choose a per-person package for simplicity, or run a tab based on actual consumption — with whatever restrictions you'd like.

Pay based on actual consumption. We can apply any restrictions you'd like — no shots, no doubles, no hard liquor, a per-drink price ceiling, or anything else. You stay in control of what's being poured.
