Secret Alley Belgian-style Tripel / ABV 9.5%
This beauty is inspired by one of Mark's favorite Belgian Tripels, De Garre. There's a small beer bar in Bruges, Belgium at the end of a secret alley where this Tripel is the house beer! Our version of this highly regarded beer is full-bodied and boasts sweet malts, candy sugar, banana, clove, fruity esters, and citrusy aromas and flavors.
Double Dry Hopped Haymarket IPA w/ Krush Hops / ABV 6.5%
We started with our new Haymarket IPA which features Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops, then we hopped it AGAIN with all Krush hops. Krush hops burst with citrus (orange), tropical (mango, guava), stone fruit (peach), berry (mixed berry), and woody (resin) characteristics that deliver complex, ripe, and punchy aromas.
Double Dry Hopped Mathias Imperial IPA / ABV 8%
A fan favorite from our early days, Mathias features all Citra hops which give a fun grapefruit, mango, apricot aroma and flavor. Then we hopped it with even MORE Citra to punch things up another level.
